Further, by using the Booking System you ensure people to receive all the required information concerning the application procedure. You also make sure that visitors who appear at their appointment have filled in all the required information in advance.

Bookings that are not confirmed in time will be automatically deleted. This reduces the risk of people abusing the system.

Daily reports create an overview per consulair employee with the applicants they serve and information about eventually made payments. This simplifies and administers the daily cash flow.
